Shipping Policy

All orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies. This is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Express delivery is available in major metros including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order using the Track Order page. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after dispatch.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will retry up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. You will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.
