Our hassle-free return and refund policy

Eligible Returns

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is: (a) Unopened and unused with original packaging and seals intact, (b) Received damaged or defective, (c) A wrong product was delivered. We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return: (1) Email S2cprofessional@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return. (2) Attach photos of the product, especially if damaged or wrong. (3) Our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions. (4) A courier will be arranged to pick up the product within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. For approved returns, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund without requiring a return in most cases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened or used products, products without original packaging, items purchased during special sale events (unless defective), and freebies or gifts received with an order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a delivery, it will be treated as a return and the courier charges will be deducted from your refund.
