  • Product with manufacturing defect
  • Expired product received

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
  • Products without original packaging or seal
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance events
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers
  • Products returned after 7 days from delivery date
  • Personal hygiene items once opened (applicable to certain categories)

How to Return

Raise a Request

Go to Orders page → Select the item → Click "Return / Refund" → Fill out the reason.

Approval Review

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and notify you via email/SMS.

Schedule Pickup

Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup from your delivery address. Keep the product in original packaging.

Refund Processed

After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Refund Methods

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Store Credits: If you prefer, we can issue instant store credits when the return is approved, which can be used on your next order.

Wallet Refunds: If you paid via Paytm, PhonePe, or other wallets, the refund will be credited back to the same wallet.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product (different variant or size) subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and select "Exchange" as your resolution type. Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.
